- 86 apartments at Atria Ridgefield are 59 assisted living and 27 memory care units.
- Scope included load bearing and non load bearing metal framing, bar joist and deck, wood trusses, drywall and insulation, doors frames and hardware.
- Challenges with this project were the extremely small site, there was very little lay down area for materials and fabrication, and no parking was available. All the walls were panelized off site and trucked in. The entire project had an expedited schedule of 12 months.
